RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY.
LA MAISON MIRÉN accept returns or exchanges of products eligible for return within 15 calendar days after receipt of the products.
You can return your online purchase within 15 days from the date of delivery or collection.
Returns are free.
Exchanges are only allowed on the same product, same price, in a different size.
The products will be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused or damaged, in their original packaging, and with the original labels and tag attached along with all accessories, documents and protective coverings included.
Returns or exchanges of altered, incomplete, worn, dirty or damaged products will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Return/exchange process
To return a product, you must first inform us of your intention to return or exchange a product, via https://www.mirenparis.com/
Log in to your account, go to your order history and fill out the online return form in your account. Select the product you wish to return and the reason.
You can also contact our customer service for help by sending an email to info@mirenparis.com. We will contact you with instructions on how to return the product.
Please wrap the products you want to return or exchange securely to avoid damage.
It must be in its original package and then inside the shipping box in which you received your order. Ask the prepaid return shipping label to the outside and top of the original box and seal the box securely.
You can leave the box at the nearest carrier delivery place.
Do not hesitate to contact our customer service if necessary.
Refunds - exchange
Any refund will be possible after inspecting the product to ensure that the return/exchange conditions specified above are fulfilled. If the product meets those conditions, an exchange or refund will be made.
Refunds will be made only to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment and in the same currency as the purchase.
